Barber Shop Shave Kit
Package design has been my favorite course to date. I love creating dielines and figuring out how to physically bring a design to life. This box project is where I truly fell in love with complex packaging design.
As someone who enjoys keeping my beard well-groomed and trimmed, designing a beard care kit that I would personally want to use made the project especially fun. I chose a color palette to reflect a masculine, refined feel—dark navy blue, light brown, black, and gray.
For the logo, I combined my own custom type design for the word Barber with a clean sans serif for Shop, creating a bold and balanced brand identity. For the headers and body copy, I selected Baskerville to give the design an old-timey, classic barbershop vibe.
One of my favorite details is the rooftop design of the box, which features a tiled pattern using all of my brand colors. It added a finishing touch that made the structure feel unique and cohesive.
